The product is a clear and transparent liquid, which can be used after 0.22um filter membrane sterilization or autoclaving.
Proportion: Equal mass ratio of antigen and adjuvant.
Emulsification: Heat the antigen and adjuvant separately in water baths to emulsification temperature: 31-32℃. Add the antigen to the adjuvant (within 10S). Stop emulsification after stirring at 350 rpm for 5 minutes. The temperature of the emulsified emulsion is controlled at 31-32℃.

Transportation: The product should be protected from rain, sunlight, and freezing during transportation. Handling should be carefully from damaging and pollution.

Shelf Life: Under the packaging, transportation, and storage conditions conforming to the standards, the shelf life is 24 months.
