Gamma-CellDex1 carrier is a sterile microcarrier sterilized by gamma rays, which is suitable for adhesion cell suspension culture. The carrier is formed by diethyl aminoethyl chloride bonded to dextran microspheres, which makes cells easy to adhere. The CellDex1 spherical carrier is the most widely used microcarrier for adherent cell suspension culture in current.

The carrier package volume can be customized according to customer needs. carrier is filled in a polycarbonate (PC) container. The PC bottle is equipped with a carrier transfer line, which is aseptically connected with microcarrier culture tank body through  platinum vulcanized silicone tube and hot-melt weldable hose to achieve aseptic transfer of the carrier.

Application

 It can be not only applied to the culture of passage cells such as Vero cells, HEK293 cells, Mrc-5 cells, CHO cells, BHK21 cells, MDCK cells, ST cells, Marc145 cells, SF9/21 cells, but also to the culture of primary cells such as CEF cells, PAM cells, myeloma cells and CAR-T cells.

• ◎   It can efficiently and simply separate cultures and cells, harvest products, and achieve perfusion culture or continuous fed-batch culture.

• ◎  Cell amplification is easy. The cells can be digested from the carrier and then inoculated into a new carrier. Or New carriers can also be added directly to expand the culture in a "ball-to-ball" manner.
