CellDex1 is a spherical carrier independently developed by Luoyang Saiao Bioengineering Technology Co., Ltd and suitable for adhesion cell suspension culture. The carrier is formed by diethyl aminoethyl chloride bonded to dextran microspheres, which makes cells easy to adhere. The CellDex1 spherical carrier is the most widely used microcarrier for adherent cell suspension culture in current.

Application

 It can be not only applied to the culture of passage cells such as Vero cells, HEK293 cells, Mrc-5 cells, CHO cells, BHK21 cells, MDCK cells, ST cells, Marc145 cells, SF9/21 cells, but also to the culture of primary cells such as CEF cells, PAM cells, myeloma cells and CAR-T cells.

 Features  

  • ◎ It can be cultured in large-scale stirred bioreactors, disposable bioreactors and shake flasks to provide sufficient surface area for cell growth.
  • ◎   It can efficiently and simply separate cultures and cells, harvest products, and achieve perfusion culture or continuous fed-batch culture.
  • ◎  High area/volume ratio, high cell density.
  • ◎  Cell amplification is easy. The cells can be digested from the carrier and then inoculated into a new carrier. Or New carriers can also be added directly to expand the culture in a "ball-to-ball" manner.
