Gamma-CellDex3 carrier is a sterile microcarrier sterilized by gamma rays, which is suitable for the adherent growth of a variety of cells. It uses dextran microspheres as a matrix and is covered with a layer of non-animal source recombinant collagen through chemical coupling technology. The recombinant collagen on the surface of CellDex3 is easily hydrolyzed, making it easier to harvest cells, ensuring cell viability, function and cell membrane integrity, which is conducive to large-scale continuous culture.
The carrier package volume can be customized according to customer needs. carrier is filled in a polycarbonate (PC) container. The PC bottle is equipped with a carrier transfer line, which is aseptically connected with microcarrier culture tank body through platinum vulcanized silicone tube and hot-melt weldable hose to achieve aseptic transfer of the carrier.

Application

 CellDex3 is suitable for cells that are difficult to culture on a large scale in vitro, especially for cells such as bone marrow/embryonic mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), serum-free Vero cells, serum-free MRC-5 and serum-free 2BS cells.
