CellFibre is a 3D polyester fiber carrier (four-layer folding) independently developed and produced by Luoyang Cybio Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It features high hydrophilicity and is manufactured using a special folding and welding process that ensures carrier density while leaving spaces for the efficient transport of nutrients and metabolites, supporting high cell density growth. The surface of the sheet-like carrier is enriched with more hydrophilic groups such as amino, hydroxyl, or carboxyl groups through vacuum plasma surface treatment technology and chemical grafting modification technology, enhancing the cell attachment properties.  It provides the necessary surface area for cell proliferation, with a surface area of 1200 cm²/g, enabling high-density cell culture.

Application

 CellFiber carrier is suitable not only for adherent cell lines such as Vero cells, HEK293 cells, CHO cells, BHK21 cells, ST cells, and SF9/21 cells but also for primary cells like CEF cells, PAM cells, and CAR-T cells.
